Note*** May not be the usual term (not a PT πŸ˜‚)

Leg Arcs

2 lb leg weights 2×15 reps

5 lb. weight when at my partner’s house 🏑

Bed bridges

2×15 reps

Leg Raises

2x 15 reps

Hamstring stetches

Hold 30 sec each leg

Sideways walks

3 laps

*** Not done regularly…
