Had another PT session! This is my familiar routine! Biked 8 minutes, parallel bars, stretching! And I like the routine! 🤗
For my memory, I’ll try to outline what I did! 😂 Note: Might miss some details 🙏🏾🤦🏼♀️
1. Bike. My goal is a 1 minute mile! Close today! 0.96 miles in 8 minutes!
2. Parallel bar work. Did weight shifts on a foam pad side-to-side, focusing on each side. Then I did alternating toe-heel leg work outs. Not sure how many of each I did… 😂 Next, staggered STS, alternating the foot in front. Note: The official names may be different!
3. Ball and chain 😉 7 lb. weight. The tie came undone 😂 2 laps with weight and 1 lap with no weight.
Helpful insight! 💡 My right leg naturally turns out, so I need to try to keep my leg straight…. It’s a compensation for my body when I have weakness.
4. Stretching. Been doing a lot of legs lately! Recently had a personal record (PR) where I did STS with a 3.5 minute hold. Yesterday, I also did STS with a 3 minute hold. 👏🏽
