Fortunately, my doctor appointments have become unremarkable, so I’ll start checking in yearly 😁 It was a good opportunity to draw blood 🩸 since it flowed well, that meant I was well hydrated 👍🏽
After that, went to my PT
Then I did 2 x 10 sit to stands (STS)
3 x 10 theraband rows
3 x 10 theraband
3 x 10 theraband sitting pull aparts
