Have PT today! I won’t go over it EVERY week, just touch on developers 🤗 Added an inner thigh stretch myself, my PT knows… With more STS and walking 🚶🏽♀️, my hip flexor muscles are tight and I feel it… Feels better after stretching!
I’m just a normally flexible girl, so I especially asked my PT to help stretch me out!
I expect PT to he more walking 🚶🏽♀️, STS, and standing for 1 minute (wrote this portion pre-PT) That’s what I need to work on and what I typically do… Walked 8x..
Did new exercise today! My PT calls it “The Shackle” or ball and chain 😂 Basically we tied a stretching strap on my ankle and looped 7 lbs. around it 😂
