PT (more and less the same…)

Have PT today! I won’t go over it EVERY week, just touch on developers πŸ€— Added an inner thigh stretch myself, my PT knows… With more STS and walking πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ, my hip flexor muscles are tight and I feel it… Feels better after stretching!

I’m just a normally flexible girl, so I especially asked my PT to help stretch me out!

I expect PT to he more walking πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ, STS, and standing for 1 minute (wrote this portion pre-PT) That’s what I need to work on and what I typically do… Walked 8x..

Did new exercise today! My PT calls it β€œThe Shackle” or ball and chain πŸ˜‚ Basically we tied a stretching strap on my ankle and looped 7 lbs. around it πŸ˜‚
