Have PT today! I wonβt go over it EVERY week, just touch on developers π€ Added an inner thigh stretch myself, my PT knows… With more STS and walking πΆπ½ββοΈ, my hip flexor muscles are tight and I feel it… Feels better after stretching!
Iβm just a normally flexible girl, so I especially asked my PT to help stretch me out!
I expect PT to he more walking πΆπ½ββοΈ, STS, and standing for 1 minute (wrote this portion pre-PT) Thatβs what I need to work on and what I typically do… Walked 8x..
Did new exercise today! My PT calls it βThe Shackleβ or ball and chain π Basically we tied a stretching strap on my ankle and looped 7 lbs. around it π
