PT today with my even older PT! I just plan to tell her I liked the intensity with my old PT who I’ve been working with 🤗
Started off returning to the 🚲 Did 1 mi in 1 hr! 🙌🏽 Goal met! 😂
Then I hit the parallel bars! Marching on foam x 10, staggered STS.
Lastly 2 laps of ball’n’chain! Feel it getting easier!
Ended the session with stretches (which I love doing!) My PT noticed I was more flexible!
