PT today with my even older PT! I just plan to tell her I liked the intensity with my old PT who Iβve been working with π€
Started off returning to the π² Did 1 mi in 1 hr! ππ½ Goal met! π
Then I hit the parallel bars! Marching on foam x 10, staggered STS.
Lastly 2 laps of ballβnβchain! Feel it getting easier!
Ended the session with stretches (which I love doing!) My PT noticed I was more flexible!
