As per usual, biked usual 6 minutes πŸ€— Then walked with the walker before going to the parallel bars. Did some step ups then walked over cones. Ended the session doing stretches πŸ€—

My new Airex Foam Pad came in πŸ‘πŸ½

I use it in PT to work on my standing balance. I figured I can do it more regularly and put it between my walker πŸ˜‰

The pad creates a soft, squishy surface. I practice weight shifting on it.
