Felt slightly late to the show here, but thinking 🤔 of getting it Friday through my city. But better late than never!
Been hearing most people just encounter arm soreness, but side effects can be the safe as the vaccine 💉. So I’ll be following a similar care regimen as the vaccine 💉
Just to reiterate 😉
1. Drink lots of water 💧
2. Keep moving my arm. Arm rotations have helped me A LOT! 👏🏽
3. Take Vitamin D and C.

Getting my booster through my city 🌃🙌🏽 Seemed like an efficient system and setup! The booster is 1/2 the vaccine 💉 dose!
Injection caused limited bleeding 🩸😁 Started doing arm rotations right away 👍🏽 Really just have 🤞🏼 a sore arm. Feels heavy and it’s sensitive to touch.
