I enjoy witnessing them be wrong 😍 Reminds me of if The Duke Demands by Anna Harrington in that somewho else’s room is entered and thats where the story begins 😂

In here we get background information 🧐 Adel is desperate 😱 Not wanting to marry the Earl of Vale 🤬 she plans to break into James Atwood’s room at the Gladstone Houseparty, but mistakenly enters the wrong room 🤦🏼♀️ We get a fair amount of context 😊 Last scene, Edmond enters Adel’s room
Chapter 17
Adel integrating into the Rochester family seamlessly 😊 Edmond continues to fight his attraction to Adel. Adel uses her experiences with Adel to help her be a good stepmother to Edmond’s girls 👧👧😇 They’re dynamic reminds me of Sir Philip, With Love ❤️ which I enjoyed despite its sad undertones. Understand Edmond’s reluctance to consummate the marriage now, Mary Ann died in childbirth 🥲 For now, I respect Edmond’s pace 😊
