Only 3 chapters in… BUT my reading notes 📝 look great 👍🏽😂 This world 🌎 is complex! I love it! It’s like figuring out a puzzle 🧩👏🏽

Like that the chapters aren’t too long (about an hour)… Otherwise my attention WILL wander 😂

I like the dynamic of the Savoie sisters! I forsee great fun 😂 Aspects in the Evie-Mateo dynamic were unforeseen but welcome 👏🏽😂 I feel like these chapters helped get us oriented to this complex New Orleans!

Chapter 17

Actually checked-in at Chapter 19 🤦‍♀️ Just lost track of time… The story is great and the world 🌎 is complex, enough to keep me engaged 👏🏽 I ❤️ Mateo and Evie! I love their friendship base and them being touch-drunk off each other 😂 Glad Evie finally met Alpha, he is scary yet she was turned on 😂 Also love the Savoie Sisters 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️!

Chapter 27

Savoie sisters will get 4 books! Had feeling, cemented now… I ship Ruben and Jules, curious about Nico & Violet… What happened?! 🤷🏽‍♀️

Being this far in the book, I thought the story would feel like it was coming to a close. But rather, I feel I still had questions…🤷🏽‍♀️ Just don’t know if that’s good or bad…

I’m just waiting for the Witch Coven Guild 🤗 I just feel ir’ll spice up the story…I forsee a love triangle ❤️🔺

For hex breaking to be such a central part of Wolf Gone Wild, the hex breaking happened fast… Glad it wasn’t drawn out but it didn’t feel as significant as I expected…

Mateo & Evie’s first date ❤️ Star Wars movie night 😍 Mark of a good relationship, seemingly normal activities are so much more 😍 Just love that!

👏🏽 I enjoyed it 🤗 The hex story line was a lot more downplayed than I thought it’d be… Didn’t think of who the he er is 🤔 I was suprised

Appreciated how the story highlighted frienship 🤗 Mateo & Evies considered their relationship as one of best friends 👏🏽

Read via audiobook for awhile but not long enough to make an assessment… 🤔 Going evook to audiobook… I liked how the ebook bolded Alpha’s thiughts and dialogue ✅ I have no qualms anout the narrators…

I think the audiobook-ebook combination is good for me! At night, when I’m in bed I can listen 🎧 Thats what I did with Wolf Gone Wild and I liked it! 🙌🏽

Noticed I prefer a single viewpoint, dual can get confusing… I get lost… 😂 Like with Wolf Gone Wild, its dual perspective (Mateo & Evie) 🤔

Because of the different amount of chapters between the ebook and audiobook, finished the book on audio…

PT (with an even older PT)

PT today with my even older PT! I just plan to tell her I liked the intensity with my old PT who I’ve been working with 🤗

Started off returning to the 🚲 Did 1 mi in 1 hr! 🙌🏽 Goal met! 😂

Then I hit the parallel bars! Marching on foam x 10, staggered STS.

Lastly 2 laps of ball’n’chain! Feel it getting easier!

Ended the session with stretches (which I love doing!) My PT noticed I was more flexible!

Assessing my ‘ walk it out’ condition

Saw a PM&R doctor who specialized in back pain 🤦‍♀️

A PM&R means physical medicine & rehabilitation. My nurse practitioner (NP) friend recommended I see one 🤗 Defined on Google as ‘PM&R physicians are medical doctorswho have completed training in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), and may be subspecialty certified in Brain Injury Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Neuromuscular Medicine, Pain Medicine, Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine, Spinal Cord Injury …’ Also known as a physiatrist. She figured it’d be good to establish care, and I thought “Why not?! 🤷🏽‍♀️”

It was good to see someone! I’d determined to bring this up to my neurologist 🤗

He also told us what to look out for! Spasticity! Meaning increased muscle tone 🤔 I believe in preventive care, so this information is gold for me 😉

PT (leveling up!) 👏🏽

Had another PT session today! 👏🏽 Notable change: My partner sat in the cllinic and watched my PT session!

Started therapy, walking with a 2.5 weight on my foot🏋🏽‍♀️ These weight exercises are getting easier to do! Less straining AND I’m better able to keep track!

Then we did ball and chain again with 7 punds! Happy to finally show my partner how it goes! 😂 Talked about it before…

Next we worked on standing balance! Best I’ve looked thus far but STILL a work in progress (WIP)!

Lastly, we marched in place! Initially hard to lift my foot… but getting easier

Ever since I started reading voraciously, I began documenting hmmm My reading has slown down as I read more ebooks, and less audiobook 🤔 Glad to be able to read ebooks! Definitely widened my reading! I say “It’s revolutionized my reading?” 😂
